We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated PGA part or fully qualified teaching professional to join our team.

Who are we?

Formed in 2020 Rounds Golf aspires to create a genuinely all-encompassing golfing community; combining subscription golf, live events, a golf studio, and media content. Rounds Golf is expanding and we’re looking for a trainee or fully qualified PGA professional to join us. We might be young but have a bold vision and big ideas. The launch of our Trackman powered golf studio in Livingston will offer our members and guests access to state-of-the-art golf facilities and PGA-qualified coaching. Opening in September we are looking to hire a PGA professional responsible for managing and maintaining the daily operation during the hours of public hire.

Who are we looking for?

Our studio will open for bookings in the evenings (Mon-Thurs) and weekend mornings. To support our operation we are looking for a studio manager during public opening hours providing you with a guaranteed minimum weekly income. Outside of these hours, you will have the opportunity to utilise our facilities to grow your own coaching/club fitting business. We are looking for either a trainee professional keen to have the flexibility to develop their own career and learn new skills running our studio; whilst utilising our facilities to develop their own coaching income. or Alternatively, you are a fully qualified PGA professional looking to upgrade your coaching facilities and service offering. Our state-of-the-art setup will help enhance your already existing offer, whilst using your skills and expertise to manage our studio. Our studio includes a Trackman 4 simulator, Capto technology-powered putt lab, loft and lie equipment and club stamping facilities. Our Studio will allow you to deliver your own lessons and club fittings outside public opening hours.

Primary studio management responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests to the studio and providing a first-class user experience
  • Setting up and maintaining the Track Man & Capto Putt lab simulator experience
  • Increasing player participation and return visits
  • Managing our booking platform and supplementary retail services
  • Stock control and management
  • Sales support and marketing

With a guaranteed minimum contract of 25 hours per week, we believe our role offers an attractive blend of paid employment and the flexibility to grow your own coaching revenue. Our facilities are there for you outside the core public opening hours with the opportunity to pick up more demand-led additional hours where applicable. Expected hours of work (guaranteed minimum contract 25hrs p/w) Monday–⁠Thursday: 4 pm–⁠9 pm Saturday: 9 am–⁠2 pm
